Product arrived, box a little beat up but the contents seem fine. Delivery on the slow side (arrived just outside the advised window), tracking information was very strange ( posted, rejected for security reasons, returned to seller, then status became, and remained 'seller preparing item' for around 2 weeks until it arrived). I queried this a few times with the seller but replies were always 'I'll check tomorrow /later', never to be heard from until I asked again, same response… repeat.

Exactly like description, box support a lot of hurt during transport but no issue on 'Sofa'… Long to pump but everything is given to make your dream true… really nice stuff simple but ok balcony is wonderful.
